Handoff was founded by a father and daughter  duo— Mark  and Danielle Shoebrook in 2022. Mixing fundamental  business savvy with modern in the minute views on brands, business, and today's creative/digital landscape.They aspired to create an online agency with honor, commitment, and integrity as it's core values. Headquartered in Richmond Virginia, Handoff has offices in Hiroshima and Yamaguchi Japan.
